Open Letter to our Troops!

One of the things I’m sure of is how I should start this letter, the only real way, with honesty and conviction. I thought it was time and I’m sure that it’s a little long over due. (About 5 years! For that I’m sorry.) During which time brave men and women have lost their lives defending this great nation and her decision to go to war with Iraq. I know at the beginning it seemed like you were off to fight the devil’s that attacked America, (and you are.) I know it seems like your fighting and uphill battle not only over there, but back home too! Trust me when I tell you, that your NOT! America and American’s are behind you everyday. We see the good that you’re doing over there, helping a group of people become free and keeping us safe. We know the sacrifices you and your families make when they helped you pack your bags and said goodbye.

I do have to tell you that during this time some people not all America’s feel that this War is unjust and the USA should pull out. (Mostly lazy American’s who enjoy protesting and telling the rest of the world how bad the USA is. Code Pink and Move-on.org are some of those groups spewing lies, and 99% of the Democrats in Washington.) Who ever said that the left is for the people must have been on drugs. For instance, Hillary Clinton keeps changing her story, one minute she is proud to support the troops and President Bush. The next she is out there telling the American people she never voted for this war and is trying to cut funding. (It’s like watching a ping-pong match.) Well to be fair I should included Dick Durbin, Ed Kennedy, and Nancy Pelosi. (Don’t forget the Drive-By-Media; ABC, NBC, CBS, MSNBC, CNN.) Sure they say they support the Troops, but they never want to give you guys the funds you need. They put special measures in, knowing that President Bush would Veto it. Not only is that not fair to you but its sick!

See they forget how good the USA really is. Why so many people from all around the world want to live here. They forget all the brave Men and Women that died fighting for our freedoms over the course of our history. They also forget the sacrifices you all made when joining the military. How you must say goodbye to your family and friends, before leaving to defend this great nation. Now some will say that we have no business over there, but brother and sisters we do have a right to be there. Someone ATTACKED THE USA ON 9/11 and we must remember that day to ensure that this does not happen again... We must take the fight to their play ground and show them who the boss is!

The USA is about a chance to start something new, something where people can be free to express their feelings. That’s why are founding fathers fought so hard to start this country. They wanted to ensure that future generations would be able to express themselves without getting into trouble. Where people where not ruled by a King, Queen or some crazy ruler like Sadam.

What you’re doing right now is very important to our future, it sends a message to the rest of the world. IF you attack us, we will come and find you and make you pay. I know that the battle field has changed, but remember this is a new enemy and he has many faces and playing fields. Just remember that America and Americans are very proud of you and we do support you. We pray that GOD keeps you safe and blesses you! Fight the good fight, and remember that America is about Freedom, and in the words of Francis Scott Key. O SAY CAN YOU SEE!

GOD BLESS YOU, and GOD BLESS THE USA!

Passive smoking doesn't cause cancer - officially!

THE world's leading health organisation has withheld from publication a study which shows that not only might there be no link between passive smoking and lung cancer but that it could even have a protective effect.

The astounding results are set to throw wide open the debate on passive smoking health risks. The World Health Organisation, which commissioned the 12-centre, seven-country European study has failed to make the findings public, and has instead produced only a summary of the results in an internal report.

Despite repeated approaches, nobody at the WHO headquarters in Geneva would comment on the findings last week. At its International Agency for Research on Cancer in Lyon, France, which coordinated the study, a spokesman would say only that the full report had been submitted to a science journal and no publication date had been set.

The findings are certain to be an embarrassment to the WHO, which has spent years and vast sums on anti-smoking and anti-tobacco campaigns. The study is one of the largest ever to look at the link between passive smoking - or environmental tobacco smoke (ETS) - and lung cancer, and had been eagerly awaited by medical experts and campaigning groups.

Yet the scientists have found that there was no statistical evidence that passive smoking caused lung cancer. The research compared 650 lung cancer patients with 1,542 healthy people. It looked at people who were married to smokers, worked with smokers, both worked and were married to smokers, and those who grew up with smokers.

The results are consistent with their being no additional risk for a person living or working with a smoker and could be consistent with passive smoke having a protective effect against lung cancer. The summary, seen by The Telegraph, also states: "There was no association between lung cancer risk and ETS exposure during childhood."

A spokesman for Action on Smoking and Health said the findings "seem rather surprising given the evidence from other major reviews on the subject which have shown a clear association between passive smoking and a number of diseases." Roy Castle, the jazz musician and television presenter who died from lung cancer in 1994, claimed that he contracted the disease from years of inhaling smoke while performing in pubs and clubs.

A report published in the British Medical Journal last October was hailed by the anti-tobacco lobby as definitive proof when it claimed that non-smokers living with smokers had a 25 per cent risk of developing lung cancer. But yesterday, Dr Chris Proctor, head of science for BAT Industries, the tobacco group, said the findings had to be taken seriously. "If this study cannot find any statistically valid risk you have to ask if there can be any risk at all.

"It confirms what we and many other scientists have long believed, that while smoking in public may be annoying to some non-smokers, the science does not show that being around a smoker is a lung-cancer risk." The WHO study results come at a time when the British Government has made clear its intention to crack down on smoking in thousands of public places, including bars and restaurants.

The Government's own Scientific Committee on Smoking and Health is also expected to report shortly - possibly in time for this Wednesday's National No Smoking day - on the hazards of passive smoking.

Mrs. Bill Clinton!!!

I'm not sure if your like me, but I've had enough of Mrs. Bill Clinton. Just the sound of her voice sends chills up my back. (And not the good kind!)But that's no reason to dislike someone, I'm sure we all know someone that sicken us. So let's start with the fact that Mrs. Clinton is taking credit for almost everything her husband did during his 8 years in office. She has lied about her vote for the War. She is now on the attack against Barack Obama who is taking funding away from her race. I personally think we had a enough of the Clinton's and their lies.. Its time to send them back to Arkansas where they belong! Drinking, scamming honest tax pay people, and sleeping around with their friends husbands and wives's.

Do you remember Mrs. Clinton after your failed Health Care plan? President Clinton took you out of the spot light? You spent your time reading to kids, planning afternoon tea's for heads of State. trying to look like a first lady. Maybe you should have taken some pointers from Mrs.Bush, Mrs.Regan or even Jackie O. (But you could never be Mrs. Regan or Jackie O ) Instead you did everything you could to take the spot light away from your husband, and bring all attention to you! Maybe that's why the good people of NYC Booed you after 9/11 at the fund raiser. You remember that? You could barely announce the next act with all the Boo's. Do you remember the reception you husband got? Let me refresh your memory, they stood and clapped!

Now you want to run for President for the
Greatest Country in the World (God forbid!) For some sick reason you find it necessary to lie to the American People once again. You tell lies about your voting on the War. If you remember you voted for going to Iraq. You told the People at CODE PINK that you did your own research and you came to the same conclusion as President Bush! You also reminded the crowd that President Clinton had to make the same hard choice during his time. So why are you telling lies about you decision? Why are you Bashing Mr. Obama? Are you afraid that American's may wake-up an see a man that could and should be president? I'm afraid that you only think of yourself and not America, if you did, you would act with more class, but that is impossible for you! I forget your a Clinton or is it Rodham?? Which ever it is, spinning the truth is what your good at and maybe there is still hope for the American People.

Mrs. Clinton your no Bill Clinton! Stop trying to take credit for what your husband did. Maybe a little honesty might do you good. But sadly your like the Wicked Witch of the West, instead of water destroying you, its honesty! (Help me I'm melting!!! WHO TOLD THE TRUTH?)

My only hope is that you fall short and Barack gets the party nod and you go back to the hills of Arkansas where you belong!!! I hear France has an opening. Just the place for a Socialist like you!!!!
